With Brent Oil making new yearly and multi-month lows its creating a stir now in the media, thats normal that people are bearish at the lows, however i think like Crude oil its presenting itself with an opportunity to buy for those that can remain calm and focus on price and not the news, a strong reversal back above 45.50 would favor the idea its in wave 4 and target a move above 70.00.
